Set up options for you paddle board
The key to determining the right set up for your LIVE paddle board, is first determining on what type of adventure you are undertaking. Is it a simple Saturday morning paddle with friends or family? Are you going out all day for a skinny water fishing adventure? Are you navigating tight river, canal or mangrove tunnels? All of these things will help determine on what type of set up is right for you.
Some example set up needs:
SIMPLE (short 1-2 hour paddle out with friends/family/pets): An easy set up for a short trip like this might just be your LIVE paddle board, a paddle, life vest, leash (or both), a water, and maybe a YAK Attack Rotogrip paddle holder. You may also want to bring a cooler to keep your water cold, a few snacks and to act as a seat if you want to take a break from standing on your board. A nice YETI Tundra 35 could be perfect.
INTERMEDIATE: (half day excursion out for fishing, exploring the natural springs, or local waterways): A nice set up for a slightly longer day may look like your LIVE paddle board, a paddle, life vest, leash (or both), a couple waters to drink, a YETI Tundra 35 cooler, a YAK Attack Rotogrip paddle holder, a YAK Attack Zooka Tube fishing rod holder, your GoPro, and maybe even a LIVE Bait Well.
ADVANCED: (all day excursion, or multiple day excursion out): A more advanced day(s) out might need a more robust set up. Your day out on the water might include your LIVE paddle board, a paddle, life vest, leash, waters, snacks, a YETI Tundra 45 cooler, YAK Attack Rotogrip paddle holder, a YAK Attack Zooka Tube fishing rod holder, your GoPro, the LIVE Adventure box to keep your belongings dry, and a few YAK Attack Tie-downs to keep everything in its place during your adventure.
